Privacy Policy

SlingAgent ("SlingAgent," "we," "us") is operated by CD Media, Inc. This
policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you

Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk)
gives us your name, email address, and profile image. If you sign in with a
third party (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile details from that provider.
- Content you add. The links (URLs) you submit, the promotional content and
images generated for them, tracking links, and related settings.
- Connected social accounts. When you connect a social platform, we store the
credentials or access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These are
encrypted at rest. We only use them to perform the actions you request.
- Usage and analytics. Basic product analytics (e.g. pages viewed, features
used) and click events on your tracking links. For tracking-link clicks we
store a salted, hashed form of the visitor's IP address — never the raw IP —
along with coarse details like referrer and country.
- Billing information. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We
do not see or store your full card details; we retain only a customer
reference and subscription status.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate SlingAgent — generating promotions, minting tracking
links, reporting analytics, and (with your connected accounts) publishing posts.
- To enforce plan limits and process subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We share data with service providers only as needed to run SlingAgent:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Neon — database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting and image storage (Vercel Blob)
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing
- xAI (Grok) — generating promotional text and images from the details you
provide
- Social platforms you connect (e.g. Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn) — to publish
the content you choose
- Product analytics and transactional email providers
Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes above.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the service to function — for example, to
keep you signed in and to secure sign-in flows. We do not use cookies to build
advertising profiles.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete
your links, promos, and connected accounts at any time from within the app. When
you delete a connected account, its stored credentials are removed. If you close
your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must
retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, encrypt stored
social credentials, and limit access to authorized systems. No method of
transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your
information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export,
or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any

and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
SlingAgent is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect
their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you.
